Here you can find comprehensive information about dates, deadlines and fees for the 20th International Hypoxia Symposium.
The 20th International Hypoxia Symposium begins with a reception on the evening of Tuesday, 7 February at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The scientific program begins 0800h on Wednesday, 8 February and continues through the evening of Saturday, 11 February.
The daily schedule is the same for the four days of the meeting: scientific sessions from 0800 to 1130h, followed by a ski break from 1130 to 1600h. Scientific sessions continue every afternoon from 1600 to 1830h.
The Symposium closing banquet and dance at Brewster Barn begins at 1930h on Saturday, 11 February. Because of travel distances and winter weather, most delegates arrive on Tuesday 7 February and plan to leave on Sunday, 12 February.
Abstracts must be submitted by midnight Mountain Standard Time, 15 December 2016. Late abstracts will be accepted with paid registration until midnight on 22 January 2017. For more information click here.
Early registration opens on October 25th and closes on 22 January 2017. Late registration is available up to the start of the meeting, and daily registration is available onsite. Click here to start the process.
Registration on/before 22 January 2017 is $750USD for regular delegates, and for students $450USD. After 22 January 2017, those prices increase to $950USD and $700USD, respectively. These are the same fees as we have had for the past decade. Students and fellows need to email a letter of support (Click here for more info). Accompanying person registration is $150USD.
You will be charged $150 for cancelling before January 1, 2017. After 1 January 2017, the cancellation fee is $450.
