| Not Staying at the Chateau |
For Hypoxia Delegates not staying at the Chateau here is the best information we have to help you have a great meeting. |
| 1. Location. All alternative lodging is in Lake Louise Louise Village about five minute drive downhill from the Chateau. |
2. Transportation. It is NOT a nice walk, especially at night. The Chateau has shuttles to the village and ski hill that MIGHT drop you off. Check at the Chateau for more information. A rental car is the easiest solution. And ride-sharing will likely be available. See ride-sharing boards at the conference venue. The hotel will allow delegates to park in the Chateau parking structure. |
| 3. Meals at the
Chateau. Guests staying at the Chateau have their
meals included in their room charge. For those not staying
at the Chateau one needs to purchase meal tickets from the
Chateau FRONT DESK for specific meals. At a minimum we
highly recommend you buying a ticket for each evening's
meals to join in the comraderie and after-dinner speakers. |
| 4. Saturday
night banquet. For those not staying at the Chateau
one needs to purchase a ticket for the Saturday night
banquest at the Brewster Barn. You can purchase these online
at the registration site. |
